All work will be in the south block between Sheridan Street (east of River Street), Hancock Street (east of River Street) and Carlton Way (south of Sheridan Street).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Students in affected areas have been notified via email. <\/strong>The outage is scheduled to begin between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. PGE anticipates all work will be completed by 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To accommodate large PGE vehicles and ensure safety, we\u2019re asking students, faculty and staff who park on Sheridan Street (east of River Street), Hancock Street (east of River Street) and Carlton Way (south of Sheridan Street) to move their vehicles to the Bauman parking lot on the day of the work. Once the work is completed and barriers are removed, the streets will reopen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sensitive Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We recommend that you unplug electronics such as laptops, TVs or other sensitive devices in case of a power surge. Refrain from opening refrigerators during an outage to keep food cold.<\/p>\n<p>Since many of you will be participating in the annual Serve Day, the power outage should not impact you.
