The time is needed for the extra processing for the last payroll of the school year.  So meeting this deadline is crucial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If your student has school-year hours that are continuing into the first few days of May, please include these hours on a May School Year time sheet and submit it to HR as soon as they are done for the year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please be sure the student\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s name, ID number and cost center number is legible on each one. Also, don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t forget to total them, sign them and be sure the students did as well. <strong>(Please make sure the student has signed his or her time sheet.  If they don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t get it signed, a copy will be mailed for them to sign and return.  Do not hold any time sheets just for a student\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s signature.)  Please do not send students to HR to sign their time sheets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Federal Work Study regulations require that students delivering their own time sheets must have them placed, by you, in a sealed envelope.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ATTENTION:  Summer student employee orientation is Monday, May 2, at 9 a.m. in EHS 102.
