This will prevent any delays on your May paycheck.<\/p>\n<p>Second, be sure to update any address changes with Mail Services or sign up for direct deposit. Payroll will continue to distribute checks through mail services, so an accurate address is important.<\/p>\n<p>To get your paycheck automatically sent to your bank account on payday, sign up for direct deposit by stopping by the Office of People and Culture. You can either bring a voided check or a printed direct deposit form from your bank that includes your name, account number and routing number. Many banks have these forms available to print through their online banking website or mobile app.<\/p>\n<p>You can also fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1PpIsX3vcdfO0jYl-MSdsLm3k2FbZn0qu\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=118324372384060278506&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>direct deposit form<\/strong><\/a> linked on our website and submit your proof from your bank to our <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScgy7GFNZpMNi0TuLzyxWQQurVxZYk3M3_CQhaKdh_c9X_XkA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>paperwork dropbox<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Office of People and Culture at <a href=\"mailto:peopleandculture@georgefox.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peopleandculture@georgefox.edu<\/a><wbr \/>.
