Join us for a special Pilates & Cycle Fusion class \u2013 our last ride with Hannah and Eden before they graduate! This dynamic 60-minute session blends 30 minutes of high-energy cycling with 30 minutes of core-strengthening Pilates, giving you the best of both worlds.<\/p>\n

We’ll meet at 4 p.m.<\/strong> on Monday, April 14<\/strong>, in Hadlock. Sign up here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cycle<\/strong>: Your cycling section will be an intense, music-driven ride that will get your heart pumping and legs burning. Expect intervals, sprints, and climbs to challenge your endurance and power.<\/p>\n

Pilates<\/strong>: Transition to the mat for a deep-core workout, focusing on stability, flexibility and strength. Flow through controlled movements that enhance posture, mobility and muscle tone.<\/p>\n

Whether you’re here for the sweat or to celebrate Hannah and Eden\u2019s last Fusion, this workout will leave you feeling strong, energized and inspired! Don\u2019t miss this chance to ride, move and say farewell to two instructors who have been with us for three years!<\/p>\n
