Make sure you complete the following tasks by <strong>May 1<\/strong>, and you\u2019ll be home free for summer break!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>File your <a href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>2025-26 FAFSA<\/strong><\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oregonstudentaid.gov\/fafsa-orsaa\/fafsaorsaa-filter-tool\/?utm_source=The+Daily+Bruin+-+Newberg+Undergraduate+Students+%28George+Fox+University%29&amp;utm_campaign=c7c2113b6e-Daily+Bruin+Newberg+Undergraduate+Students&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_383b99e42e-c7c2113b6e-79819310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ORSAA<\/strong><\/a> as soon as possible if you want to access federal or state aid!<\/li>\n<li>Accept\/decline your loans in MyGeorgeFox by following <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1MHc6bznjE1-0QCN9TcO7UQQf4dlG33wSSm7PlAsVQSY\/edit?tab=t.0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>these instructions<\/strong><\/a> (we can always adjust them for you later if you change your mind).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/financial-aid\/resources\/_files\/plus-vs-alt-loans.pdf?utm_source=The+Daily+Bruin+-+Newberg+Undergraduate+Students+%28George+Fox+University%29&amp;utm_campaign=c7c2113b6e-Daily+Bruin+Newberg+Undergraduate+Students&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_383b99e42e-c7c2113b6e-79819310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Plan ahead<\/strong><\/a> if you\u2019ll be using a Parent PLUS Loan or a private loan\u2014applications open on May 1!<\/li>\n<li>Complete all To Do items in your MyGeorgeFox account (under the Tasks tile) to authorize your federal aid.<\/li>\n<li>Submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/financial-aid\/resources\/professional-judgment.html?utm_source=The+Daily+Bruin+-+Newberg+Undergraduate+Students+%28George+Fox+University%29&amp;utm_campaign=caf0206ecf-Daily+Bruin+Newberg+Undergraduate+Students&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_383b99e42e-caf0206ecf-79819310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Professional Judgment<\/strong><\/a> request if your family\u2019s financial situation has changed since 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/financial-aid\/contact-us.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>contact us<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0if you have any questions!
