The proposals can draw on any area of teaching and learning pedagogy that has widespread appeal to both graduate and undergraduate faculty from a range of disciplines. The project should build a learning community around a particular topic, approach or methodology that is timely, relevant and evidence-based.<\/p>\n<p>Through this investment, we hope to cultivate a community of practice that prepares students spiritually, academically and professionally to think with clarity, act with integrity and serve with passion.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Timeline:<\/strong> The project should launch over the summer or early fall (no later than mid-September). We expect work to take place over fall and\/or spring semester with a summative component occurring in late spring.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Selection Criteria:<\/strong> Academic Affairs and Faculty Development will select <strong>one<\/strong> project that best supports missional and student-learning objectives, draws on evidence-based practices, and demonstrates the most feasibility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Award Amount:<\/strong> Up to $5,000.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> <strong>Friday, March 21<\/strong> (notification of award will be in early April).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Submit your proposals on <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/Z3EBABJncb6x1UTBA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>this form<\/strong><\/a>.
