The purpose of these grants is to support faculty to learn something new about teaching, student learning, or evidence-based practices in their discipline.<\/p>\n<p>Through this investment, we hope to cultivate a community that prepares students spiritually, academically, and professionally to think with clarity, act with integrity, and serve with passion. We want to grow in offering engaging, transformative learning opportunities for all students.<\/p>\n<p>Micro-grant awards up to $500 will be offered. Because of the small amount, faculty are encouraged to look at professional development opportunities close to home or offered virtually. Faculty can also apply the funds toward a larger project.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible, you must identify a training opportunity, workshop or program and articulate how it will help you to develop as a teacher and\/or enhance student learning.<\/p>\n<p>Submit an application through <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/iGkThKnipxdMSoAn9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>this form<\/strong><\/a> by <strong>Monday, Feb. 10<\/strong>.
