In our efforts to understand the basic needs of our undergraduate students, we are sending this survey <\/strong><\/a>to all undergraduate students. Students who complete the survey by the deadline of Wednesday, Nov. 27,<\/strong> will be entered into a drawing for one of three $100 gift cards to Grocery Outlet.<\/p>\n

“Basic needs” typically refers to the fundamental support and resources people need to survive. Examples of basic needs include food, shelter, transportation, clothes, clean water, education, mental and physical health, and access to quality health care.<\/p>\n

Please take a few moments to complete this survey so that George Fox University can better understand how we can support our students. This survey is anonymous. If you choose to enter the drawing, at the end of the survey you will be asked to type in your email address. Your answers and email address will not be connected.<\/p>\n
