{"id":1208,"date":"2012-08-27T03:17:00","date_gmt":"2012-08-27T03:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/beta.dminlgp.com\/themes-i-heard\/"},"modified":"2012-08-27T03:17:00","modified_gmt":"2012-08-27T03:17:00","slug":"themes-i-heard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/dlgp\/themes-i-heard\/","title":{"rendered":"Themes I heard . . ."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post_title\"><\/div>\n<p>There were some common themes that seemed to run through the presentations which apply to my ministry context. \u00a0The first is focus. \u00a0All the presenters attributed their success, at least in part, to clarifying their ministry priority and not departing from it. \u00a0A second theme is intentionality. \u00a0They talked about mobilizing resources according to a plan. \u00a0There seems to be an \u2018economy\u2019 of operation so that resources, primarily personnel and finances, are not wasted but invested strategically.
