Student-athletes: Please take short concussion survey

Tuesday, October 30th, 2018

If you have experienced a concussion while playing a sport or during a season in high school or college, this survey is for you!

Senior nursing students are looking for current or retired student-athletes who are willing to fill out a five-minute survey about their experiences surrounding their concussion during a season of their sport.

Our goal is to learn from you about how the concussion impacted your academic life and quality of life to better support and educate our coaches, teachers/professors, and other staff about the healing process and support needed.

There is also a $5 Amazon gift card for a lucky friend who participates!
