Support Bon Appetit’s ‘Eat Local Challenge’ today

Our chefs are taking on Bon Appétit Management Company’s annual Eat Local Challenge! Come enjoy a meal made entirely of foods grown within 150 miles of this café, and see a list of local farms and purveyors that we’re featuring during lunch today (Tuesday) between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in Canyon Commons.

We will also be serving a daily special featuring locally sourced salmon during lunch in the Bruin Den!
