Free stress management class begins Oct. 25 in Health and Counseling Center

Learn strategies to manage and overcome your stress and anxiety! Develop the skills to be free from unnecessary worry and fear.

A stress management class will run for three weeks, one hour per week, and is free! Classes begin Wednesday, Oct. 25, from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Health and Counseling Center classroom. Subsequent classes meet on Nov. 1 and Nov. 8.
