Be sure to sign up for diversity book discussion groups

The Graduate School of Counseling’s Beronica Salazar will lead two diversity book discussion groups this semester. The groups will be reading Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates (New York Times review). We have space for up to eight faculty or staff to participate in each session, and books will be provided.

Newberg campus meetings will be the first Wednesday of each month from 9 to 10 a.m. (Sept. 6, Oct. 4, Nov. 1 and Dec. 6) in the Lemmons conference room.

Portland Center meetings will be the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month (Sept. 5, Sept. 19, Oct. 3, Oct. 17, Oct. 31, Nov. 14, Nov. 28 and Dec. 12) from 10 to 11 am, in PDS 290.

Please sign up here and indicate if you want paper or digital copy.
