Celebrate summer Texas style at our next stop on Bon Appetit’s Route 66 “culinary road trip.” Join us Wednesday, July 12, between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on the patio near the flag pole in the quad as we serve up smoked brisket, green chile mac and cheese, collard greens with bacon, jalapeño cheddar corn bread, and sweet tea!
