‘How We Got the Bible’ expert visits Newberg campus, seminary

Come join local pastors and other leaders for a special presentation and discussion on “How We Got the Bible” by noted author and New Testament scholar, Lee McDonald, on Friday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m. As part of the time, we will serve coffee and refreshments in the Canyon Commons. Please RSVP to Paula Hampton (phampton@georgefox.edu) by noon today (Wednesday).

Lee will also be speaking on the Jesus of history and faith in Nijay Gupta’s New Testament class at the seminary at 1 p.m. on Sept. 15, as well as on the canonization of the Old Testament in Paul Anderson’s Bible Lit class at 1 p.m. on Sept. 16 (Hoover 105). All are welcome!
