Mail Services requires names and box numbers on campus mail
A number of employee box numbers were changed this summer due to relocation of offices and reorganization of departments/schools. Please make sure you have the following on each piece of campus mail to avoid delays or misrouting of your mail/packages.
- Recipient’s name (box numbers are available in PeopleSoft for all employees and students)
- Recipient’s box number
- For CONFIDENTIAL letters, sender’s name is requested as well
